We are a small, practical team that handles appointments, product sourcing, and ongoing business support for clients across Thika.
Astroyalpha is a local business headquartered on Kenyatta Highway in Thika, Kenya. We exist to make the ordinary transactions of work and home life easier for the individuals and small enterprises that make up this community. In concrete terms, that means: coordinating and managing scheduled appointments so clients do not lose hours to disorganised logistics; sourcing products from local and Nairobi-based vendors and ensuring they reach the client's door on time; and running monthly support retainers for businesses that need a dependable local presence without hiring additional staff. We serve a broad cross-section of Thika — families organising home consultations, independent traders managing supply chains, and office-based SMEs that need reliable administrative reach. Our service area covers Thika town and surrounding sub-locations including Makongeni and Ngoingwa, extending up to approximately 15 km from the town centre. Beyond that boundary, we are honest about the constraints and will say so rather than accept work we cannot fulfil to our own standard.

Astroyalpha was founded in 2016 with a team of three people and has completed over 1,200 client engagements since then, ranging from single-visit appointments to multi-month retainer arrangements. Every engagement follows the same four-step process: an initial conversation to understand the actual need; a written scope agreement that states deliverables, timeline, and cost clearly; delivery with real-time updates where relevant; and a follow-up check to confirm satisfaction. Our teal-modern internal system — a colour-coded scheduling and task-tracking environment — keeps every engagement visible to the team member responsible, reducing errors and missed deadlines to a minimum. What we will not do: we do not take on engagements that require specialist professional qualifications we do not hold (medical, legal, financial, or civil engineering work). We do not subcontract without telling the client. We do not issue invoices for services not agreed in advance. Outcomes that depend on third-party suppliers — delivery dates, vendor stock, weather-related delays — are noted clearly in every scope agreement so clients know where our control ends and where external variables begin. That transparency is not a disclaimer; it is the foundation of the working relationship.
