For each engagement, a team member meets with you — in person or via call — to agree on scope, timeline, and cost before anything begins. We use a teal-modern digital scheduling system that sends you reminders, confirmations, and follow-up notes, so the entire experience is transparent from first contact to final delivery. We do not subcontract without disclosure, and we do not add services to your invoice that were not agreed in advance.

Need specific goods sourced locally or from Nairobi suppliers? Astroyalpha identifies reliable vendors, negotiates on your behalf, and arranges delivery to your Thika address. We handle the follow-up so you do not have to chase multiple contacts yourself.
Small enterprises can arrange a monthly retainer that covers recurring tasks — supply runs, scheduling management, local errands, and liaison with service providers. Retainer clients receive priority booking slots and a single point of contact for all queries.

For standard appointments, we can usually schedule within two to three business days. Urgent requests are accommodated based on current availability — call us directly for same-day or next-day needs and we will do our best to assist.
Yes. We serve Thika town and surrounding sub-locations including Makongeni, Ngoingwa, and the Thika Road industrial corridor. For locations beyond a 15 km radius, please enquire first so we can confirm availability and any applicable travel allowance.
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash on completion. For retainer clients, we issue a monthly invoice payable by the 5th of each month. We do not require upfront full payment for first-time appointments — a small booking deposit is all that is needed.
Yes, with at least 24 hours' notice there is no cancellation fee. Rescheduling within the same week is always free. For same-day cancellations, a nominal admin fee applies, which is credited toward your next booking if you reschedule within 14 days.
We do not provide specialised medical, legal, or financial advisory services, and we do not undertake large construction or civil engineering work. We are honest about our limits — if your request is outside our scope, we will tell you upfront and, where possible, point you toward a suitable provider.
